While recently traveling through Eastern Europe, Boomslang Recordings label boss, Gigan, discovered a dark and mysterious cave deep in the country of Slovenia. Upon entering it was quickly discovered that this was no ordinary cave but a lair for a ghastly creature. The beasts eyes glowed bright yellow in the dark. Its snarl was deafening. Fangs sharp as razors. It was defending something, but what?

The beast took stance and let out an eerie howl. Noticing bones on the ground as the moonlight shined through a small crack, Gigan picked up a sharp rib bone. The best charged but Gaga was ready. From out of the darkness arose the victor carrying a small chest. Inside the chest was a collection of tunes never head by human ears and only spoke about in folklore and bedtime stories.

The Temple of Boom Volume 1 is curation of the first set of these tracks found in the cave by heavy hitting producers, some making their debuts on Boomslang Recordings. First up is the production group CPTL PNSHMNT out of Puerto Rico who've been seen on Korsakov, C2D, and Neuropunk. Next up is Kadilak whose Rolled Up release broke the Beatport Top 10. Xsonsence returns to Boomslang with collab tune with fellow Russian producer Slayt, and English producer and professional drummer, Parix, makes his drum and bass debut with a tune called 'Halo'.
